Scholarship Description: For the 2011/12 programme, the School is offering a number of scholarships for the Nottingham MBA. The School will only consider you eligible for a scholarship once you have been offered a place on the programme and have accepted your place by paying the course deposit. All our scholarships are open to Home, European and International applicants.
EduLink China establishes and manages academic partnerships between UK and Chinese national universities. These partnerships establish programmes which nationally recruited students can join, and which lead to both Bachelor’s and Master’s level degrees. These programmes are registered at the China MoE, and students on them undertake study initially in China, and can elect to complete these studies in the UK.
We manage our programme partnerships by hiring academic staff and performing quality control and overall . Our role is to bridge the gap between Chinese and Western academics, to ensure the smooth delivery of our QAA conforming programmes, and to ensure that teaching content and assessments reflect current UK practice.
EduLink China is based in Shanghai, China, and has worked between Western (primarily UK) and Chinese universities establishing partnerships since 2002. We manage partnerships in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Henan, and Guangdong, with new partnerships pending in Beijing and Anhui. We send annually hundreds of students abroad for higher education.
Positions: Lecturers in Business, Finance and Marketing for undergraduate (Year 1 and 2) programmes. All modules conducted in English, using popular western (UK/US) core textbooks.
Minimum Qualifications: Essential: Master’s degree or higher from a recognized institution. Excellent spoken and written English. Desirable: Teaching qualification, and experience teaching international students.
Contract Terms: most positions are short-term (3 to 6 week), but a one-year renewable contract could be considered for the right candidate.
Remuneration Packages (short-term contract): We offer a competitive and attractive remuneration package which includes a salary, all travel and visa costs, all accommodation costs, and incidentals allowance. Accommodation is provided near or at our partner universities. Salary ranges are as follows:
